With a dome fixture. Set exactly 12 inches above basking branch. What wattage incandasent light should be used? It's usually around 70-75 degrees in my house. Dome is on top of mesh.

That's impossible to say since there are variables that can come into play. Is the cage near a window where the sun comes through? Floor vents close by? Near a front door that gets opened and closed a lot? You're best bet is just to purchases a couple of wattages...and the ones that don't work...use them for the house...or return them. In the big 6'x8'x4' CBD cage I use 150W, 75 gal. a 60W and the 50 gal. a 40W through the glass. You just have to play with them...but I would start with at least a 60W.

No window, no floor vent, no door. Currently I'm using 2 75 watt incandasents.

The closest branch is 12 inches away...it's 85 degrees there. He can climb the mesh and be 3 inches below which is 92 degrees.

He needs to be on his branch under the UVB with the 92 temps. If you already have 2 75W and you know these aren't getting it hot enough...then bump up the wattage.
You're using the digital indoor/outdoor for monitoring?

I figured you were...just making sure. So try one 100W or even a 150W.

You don't think this would burn through the mesh? See this is why I need to bump my new enclosure building date up. The 100 watt I used to use left red markings on the mesh. I doubt it would burn it but I really don't know. I guess I will just have to start working on the new enclosure. At the same time get a couple 100 watts.

It depends what kind of mesh you have...but you don't have to set it right on the mesh either. Prop it on blocks or something similar...:-)
