Heloo everybody! I'm 22-years old ig-owner, one adult male and adult female (perhaps even a breeder, if you count one successful litter) from northern Europe, Finland ;D Why I'm here so "far away from home"? I wanna make connections to ig owners and even breeders around the globe to switch ideas and info... You know, small country, small rounds But that's me, I hope i'm wellcome to join your group...

Of course you're welcome!! We don't have ay breeders here tho. Our country is over-run with unwanted igs. ow many were in the clutch you hatched?

Hi Salamandra!
I just love the user name! Sounds like a super-hero! LOL
I've seen you post to other boards. Many don't condone breeding Igs. As Tesa said, the USA is simply overrun with them and they are imported by the gazillions each year!
I remember you saying that Finland doesn't have any breeders or good herp vets for that matter. So, you may be a pioneer! Take the advise of the Florida folks who are overrun by feral Iguanas, breed very selectively, sell at a high price and be sure to educate every single person who asks about them.
They are such magnificent lizards. Give them every respect and advantage you have!
Welcome to The Iguana Zone! We look forward to many posts.
