Welcome! First can you tell us about your set up. UVB lights heat source temperatures tank size diet substrate - the stuff your using at the bottom of your tank.
Baby Igs are a challenge (well they all are) ;D He doesnt hate you he thinks you want to eat him, and he is just plain scared, so for now just clean around him, feed him and give fresh water but dont touch him yet, not until we figure out why he hasnt pooped yet. Is he eating and getting enought fluids/moisture? Do talk to him though, but dont chase or try to touch him as this will stress him out more than he already is.

i got a 50wat buld for light and at night i change it to a dark 50wat bulb (certified by pet store), a heat pad under tank, an artificial plant a temperature gauge and humidity gauge, a squirt bottle with water i spray in mornings (filled with non chlorine water) and its diet is collared greens choped carrots and a little chopped up strawberry for treats (it doesnt eat anything else for some reason...) oh and a water dish (also non chlorine) anything i can do? the stuff at the bottom of the tank is loose coconut fiber it says great for iggys, tarantulas, and frogs is that ok? also it hasent drank anything...

Start with removing the coconut fiber, I think your Ig might have an impaction from eating it. I'll add to this later when I get off work, more than likely some one else will be along to help before then.

Its also possible that the ig is pooping but it is getting lost in the fiber. You need to remove it not only for the impaction issue, but it will also enable you to monitor any droppings. Heat pads really aren't that great for igs since they tend to sleep up high. a heat pad only heats the surface of the bottom of the tank and not the air in the enclosure. What are your temperature readings? Warm end /cool end? How big is the tank? Do you have a UVB light? Sorry but the only thing most pet stores are capable of "certifying" is their desire for your money. Some of them will sell you anything! I suspect that your bulbs are the basic "basking bulbs" and aside from the much higher price tag and the fancy packaging are no different than the bubls you have in the lamps in your house. You need a UVB generating bulb. These are not cheap but are an absolute necessity if you want your iguana to survive!

the shavings HAVE to go, but how is the humidity? what is the basking temp? what do you feed it? when do you feed it? what was the condition of it when you bought it? how did the others look when you got it?

And you need to get rid of those dial guages. They are horribly inaccurate. Go to the hardware store or walmart and get a digital thermometer hygrometer. Also please answer the questions asked above.Wwe can't help you fine tune your enclosure if we don't know what is what.

The answers to the questions arwe VERY important. Iguanas rarely live past the first year or two if several things are not met correctly. The three KEY items are temperatures, a GOOD UVB source and and good and varied diet. The rest is important, too...but those are the top of the list. Seriously - get rid of the mulch and go with newspaper, butcher paper, reptile carpet - or some other type of substrate it can't eat. Your ig will be around for 20 years with the right care...but you gotta get that care right first...

Indoor/outdoor astroturf is fine...just keep your eyes on the edges and trim the frayed string as they come loose. I wouldn't worry much about the walls as I would making sure there are shelves and/or branches to hang out on. UVB is still a major issue and if the porch is glass the UVB does not penetrate that. You still need a UVB source and a heat source if the temps are not where they need to be. You can begin to tell the sex sometimes at a year old...most of the time it's not until they get close to their first breeding season at 1 1/2-2 yrs old. You have a long way to go...
