Our newest edition to the Family. We got Dino about a month ago, from a lady here in town. The poor mister was staying in a small fish-tank, I we suspect that there was not really a lot of things in there, except for the hideout. The first two days, mister was siting, sleeping and even eating from the log in his new house. The first 2 days after we got him, he loved all the new attention, but he started shedding from about 4 days after we got him. Since then he runs away if I try to take him out of his cage. I let him out to roam around in the house, but he refuses to get back into the cage after his outing. It will take some time, but we will sort out our differences. He already allowed a bit of TLC over the weekend, and even sneaked in a small kiss while I was not looking. His tail was broken off. Apparently he ran away and was hiding under the chair. So the previous owners pulled the chair forward, and pulled it right over his tail. But it started growing back within 2 weeks by us. This is my first Iguana, and I'm doing my best to make his life as enjoyable as can get. Any advise to me on how to make him come to me, and not run away and hide, will he highly appreciated. Only 1 small question...is Parsley good for Dino?? So many food chards says it is, and others says it is bad. He loves his parsley, hibiscus, babymarrows....so not sure if I should keep on giving him the parsley. [/img] Attachments:
