My Spyro must have some dog genes .Sometimes, when i m not home for a while my husband pet him nonstop. But anyway ,when i come home i get him out of his tank ,he run on my shoulder and start rubing my neck and my face with his nose.It s mean "Where have you been, you bad girl" And he had" bad habit" licking my nose.

lol Ursula! That's cute!! and....you know he loves you !! I don't think it's a bad habit to let them lick you. I'm told it's only so they can smell us...... but I think it's also because they "love" and trust us. Heck, Thrasher licked my EYEBALL one time! I suppose, if a person doesn't know iguana body language very well, there could be danger if the iguana were being aggressive and biting the human. But for those of us that know our iguanas character, and interact often with them, I think i'ts great to have enough mutual trust for an iguana to be on your FACE! ;D
