I have a question. Where do you find dandilion greens? I see and hear everyone talking about them and I can not for the life of me find them anywhere. Help me please. Debbie and babies.

This won't help the situation with the lack of Dandi. Greens now but I have started collecting seeds to plant next year -- I plan on having an entire ig garden. There are also a few herb sites that sell the seeds. Here is the first site I found with them -- I have never ordered from here. www.richters.com/Web_store/web_store.cgi?product=X2100&cart_id=1906555.28069Also think about growing Alfalfa. The seeds are readily available at a health nut store, they sell them for sprouting.

Hey, Shaws and Stop and Shop carry them. Ask the produce manager to order some for you.

Hi Ghost-
Well now, they sound like Northeast region food stores.
Debbie is in the Southeast region.
But the "ask the produce Manager" comment is very helpful.

Hey all, thanks for helping me with the dandilion thing. I thought that maybe I was loosing my mind. lol ;D I thought that maybe you could buy them and you wouldnt look like a total idiot outside in the spring, pulling up dandilions and the neighbors looking at you like you were crazy. lol I know that Iggy does like them pretty well and he really likes to go out in the spring and eat them. I just may ask the produce manager to see if there is anyway that they can be purchased. (and then watch him look at me like I'm crazy). lol Debbie and Iggy and Bam-Bam

Wow! James- Those are some fine looking Dandelion greens! I've never seen such healthy ones before. Thanks fro the pic. I submit one, but it's winter here in NJ. ;D And a mightly fine gesture on your part. I know of quite a few folks who are looking for these greens and can't find any. Want to go into business? Thanks again for the kind thoughts and gesture.

Buisness ....Hmmmm.. In all honesty I would love nothing more than to help anyone and there Ig get some ...Yoda just Loves them and like I said they are cheap ....that bundle in the picture was only $ 3.00 ...and It is winter here as well so it is a expensive time of year for greens. I had a real hard time finding Collards ,I went to atleast 15 stores and It was like Canadians have never heard of them .... I finaly found them at the same store I purchase these Dandilions Greens .... Yoda- James

Hi James-
I'll trade you 5 bunches of Collards (they're everywhere here) for 3 bunches of Dandelions. LOL
And I'll raise you two butternut Squash! ;D
Keep up the good work!
