Every time I feed my ig, i sprinkle this iguana vitamin supplement on his food. Recently I bought some "Iguana Bites" which are full of vitamins they need. I was just wondering if they can get sick from too much nutrition, like with the natural vitamins in his diet, the supplement, and the bites. Should I cut something out?

Yes, you can overdose vitamins and minerals, specially with not- very healthy iggy s. Something to read about hypercalciemia (too much Ca): www.anapsid.org/hypercal.html

Absolutely! Too many vitamins can be worse than too few! If you are feeding a good proper diet with proper UVB lighting the vitamins aren't necessary in most cases. The exception is gravid iguanas and those that are beign rehabbed from poor care. Daily supplementation is a bit much. If you wish to supplement try a multivitamin once or twice a week and calcium once a week. Just barely sprinkle a little on. Sort of like salting your food. If you see a lot of vitamin powder you have over done it.

I haven't added the supplement since, but I've been puting 4-5 relativly small vitamin treats in about once every three days. Should I cut back on those too, or is that enough?

If it was me...I'd cut them out completely. But that is me. Some still use a very small amount of vitamins, and depending on the diet you use...you may need them and you may not. If you follow Melissa Kaplan's recipe...you need to follow it to a tee. I use the Iguana Den Diet as my diet guide. I use no supplements of any kind.
Zair's blood panels come out normal and has had excellent checkups. If you use the diet guide from this forum, you will need no supplements. It's a well-rounded diet giving your ig everything it needs.
