lettuces have not nurtitional value to iguanas They need to be fed mostly dark greens such as Colards, Mustard, Turnip (greens) dandylion greens and fllowers, that should make up about 80% of the food. Carrots and kale should be avoided, bananas shoud be only very ocasional treats like maybe once a month if that much, and brocoli should be avoided as well. And the other fruits should only be treats as well just a little bit a couple of times a week. And you contradicted yourself because lettuce and melon chunks and berries are all waterbased foods.
