If fed too much at once it can possibly cause some problems being too cold...but it goes into the stomach so quickly and they normally bask after eating and warm up quickly...I guess it wouldn't hurt in small amounts.

I didn't think Blueberries were a good thing to feed on a regular basis. Green beans, YES, Blueberries, as a treat??? Am I wrong here???

Green beans are actually a good staple food - as long as you chop it fairly small. Blueberries are a good treat to offer. Maybe you were thinking of cranberries? They're pretty high in acid. It helps to keep urinary tract infections away due to the high acid content for humans.

Yup, blueberries are great as a treat...igs LOVE them. At my company, we usually celebrate birthdays by having muffins in the morning. I usually get a blueberry muffin and its actually nice to get one in the colder months. Why? Because in the colder months Audrey stays home instead of coming to work with me, so I actually get to eat more than a few scraps of what was once my blueberry muffin. I usually share with Audrey, but she loves blueberries so much that she eats WAY MORE than half the muffin before I can get it away from her. Then I end up having to eat on-the-run because she actually chases me, trying to get the rest.

LOL...that's funny. I play "Roll the Blueberry" where I roll it across the floor and Zair chases it down... ;D.
