Does anyone have any "take cover" tips? I keep Kyo's travel "box" near her house, just in case. We keep an emergency box in the basement with supplies, but is there anything that I can put in there for her? Don't have to worry about heat or humidity, tho Cyndi (in hot, humid, tornado infested Illinois--take me back to hotter, more humid Tennessee please!)

Making sure you have water is the only other thing I can think of. Igs can go without food for a couple of weeks without an harm being done...but water is a needed thing...for you people too!!
Does the box have something that would help keep her calm...like maybe one of your shirts that has been worn? Or something out of her cage with her scent on it? These may help, too.
And BTW...it may be better here in TN...but we still be getting weather warnings and flood watches. We've had tornadoes take out our trees in the back...twice...and nearly a third!
A first aid box for igs and humans would be a good idea, too.

Thanks all Got the first aid kit and water, poop tub, etc., and threw in one of her pillows. Great link, Tesa. I was wondering about food for the geckos.... And Tennessee would be better because that's where my family is, and I'm up here. Thanks again, Cyndi
