Well starting this summer it looks like I will have to cage Bob. He has been free-roaming for the last 6 years or so but still has a cage where he spends most of his time. His cage is great but too small to live in "full time" -- I will still lit him roam when I am around. I am thinking of making it with a 4 by 8 base about 6 feet tall. What are some thoughts about this cage size for a 9 year old 15" SVL iguana? Here is my current cage: 6' tall, 3'8" along the walls, 3' wide at the door.

I think a 4x8 base should be sufficient. He'll prolly hang out at the top all the time anyway. lol

That's exactly the size that the GIS recommends for an adult ig.
