Well the cage has been up since Monday but only now finished the initial shelf setup tweaking. After dinner I will put the lighting in and move Bob over. I should have pics then.
Did I mention that the cage AND the climbing toys and shelves are in that pic, the only thing omitted was lighting, heating, and humidification.

Mark...you could make a little cash on the side making these for people. I still think muslin is to light, but what an awesome idea. Really...this is good. I' can't wait to see the final setup before I make the final decision.

* images were removed and replaced with better ones, see below * Here it is, finally. As usual I will continue to tweak it. I have the lighting in now but with the exception of the one wood ladder everything in these pictures was in the first little one. Does not wobble, easy in and out, and easy to clean. The bottom tarp velcros in and out. The front is laced to the walls every three inches through grommets. The door zips open. The front goes inside of the tarp bottom so when he scratches at the front he can't pull the velcro apart.

That's 100% pure awesomeness. Is it stable? Stability is the reason I made mine in panels rather than disconnectable pipes. WHERE DID YOU GET THE PLASTIC COVERING? GIMME GIMME GIMME!

This thing is ridged. I used internal guys to constrain the three walls that are fabric covered -- read my post in "wobbly cage solution".
Total cost, lighting excluded, less than $120.
The clear fabric came from Jo-Ann's but I have also seen it in the sewing section of other crafts shops. $3 for a 50 inch wide yard. You can also buy clear shower curtains but they cost more.
I think I will move it outside this weekend and get some better pics of it. It takes less than an hour to set it up from individual pieces.
Prisim-wolf: I am taking orders. I am still trying to find a good nylon or poly mesh for use outside. The day after I finished the main wall section I saw a great jungle print fabric, oh well.

I must suck at searching because I can't find any transparent fabrics at jo-anns website.

No, its their site that sucks. It is hidden under some title like "poly vinyl chloride sheeting..." I was there a few weeks ago and you can only buy 100 yard rolls of it online. You will have to go into the store. There are various weights and tints that you can get. I use 10 gauge crystal clear for the front. On my last cage I used 12 gauge frosted for the floor. They also had green, blue, red, and yellow translucent.
It is cheap and nice but not the easiest thing to work with. While it does not stretch it tends to stick to itself and other plastic or enamel surfaces rather than slide. I resorted to newspaper under it while sewing so it would slide along the enameled steel of the machine.
Unlike many other plastics a hole in it does not spread and tear further. I started a cut in some scrap and tried to pull it apart and was unable to, all I did was distort the shape but did not extend the cut further into the sheet. On the other hand Bob was never able to put a hole in it during the year he has lived in it.

I figured out the camera a little more, here is what I got: Corner Shelf Stairs There are two layers (wall cloth and front clear) here laced together though grommets.

Guys, read above. There is no easy and cheap place to buy the clear stuff online. The best way is to get in a car and drive to the local fabric store (low end ones, not a high end specialty shop -- I have seen it in Jo-Ann's, Hobby Lobby, and Wal-Mart never for more than $3 a yard) and buy it there. This site appears to have everything but they are expensive. www.ahh.biz I have never ordered from them so I have no idea how fast and what the quality is.
