Such a clear picture, Lyn! That harness doesn't damage those spikes?
Dang...thunder...it's time to go. And we were going to go to the drive-in...grrr. And grill...grrr.

Prism_wolf, the harness is never put on her very tight. I always make sure that I can get at least 4 fingers under it with out any difficulty. top and bottom. I always check it every time she moves to assure that it is not getting to tight. I have tried the hip harness and she does the alligator roll and that scares me. I was always afraid that she was going to hurt herself, so we went and bought the harness witch is a light weight small cat harness and she has never fought it and she is never on the harness more than 15-30 minutes every day. the harness is loose over her back and spikes as well. Don't ya think she is pretty in pink? lol Debbie iggy Bam-Bam and Miss zak

Bob has much the same harness as that -- a black dog harness -- which he wears for at least an hour a day while outside.
Easy on, not too hard to take off but large jowels get in the way, there is no chance that he can wiggle out of it. The only thing I don't like about it would happen with any harness, when he is climbing or walking over sticks and a stick end slides between the harness and him he gets stuck(just another thing to watch out for).
When in tall grass does Ms. Zak also find paths that others have made and follow them?

sometimes she will but most of the time she just goes a short distance and then plops her little fanny down in the grass and basks in the sun.
Did I mention that she uses the potty outside?
She will not go in her enclosure and she waits for us to get home every evening to be taken outside to do her thing! I think pretty cool! ;D

Looks like she is trying to play peek-a-boo from behind those two little blades of grass. ;D

Debbie she is just adorable. I have looked at those harnesses too but just afraid with Rex. The current harness I have is custom made (by me). It's the old standard from when they are babies, just really, really big!!
