Overall Neelix has calmed down and handling him has become much easier. However, some days hes orangey brown and "braty". Other days hes green with his usual brown and turquoise stripes and swirls with added orange splotches and acting perfectly normal. His poop now has the added yellow transparent swirlly of semen.
My little guy is growing up. *tear*
Anyways, I was thinking about getting him a "toy".
Does anyone have any suggestions on iguana "toys".

A stuffed lizard can be a good outlet for him...or a green sock filled with rice and sewed securely...:-) Just make sure with the toys that the eyes are removed if they look like they might come off easily.

Here's a thought...sleep with the stuffy... ;D. For real! It will add your scent to it and maybe it will be enough to turn George's attention to the stuffy more than he shows it towards you...

They sure are BG. Zair never gets that orange. Mot all males are that pumpkiny. Only the ones with lotsa sass...;-) It's a testosterone thing.

Kind of, BG. The orange is caused by the specific amount in the testosterone AND genetics. It's a combination of the two...but being "in the mood" does not make them a brighter orange...;-D
