Ok so Iggy has been drinking from the spray bottle and out of her dish VERY abnormal for her! And today her urates had a consistancy of like icing and were very yellow orange color. I read that this can be signs of being gravid? She also seems to be kinda, well fat.

And make sure she doesn't run out of food so she can eat as much as she can in a day! It sure sounds like the signs of being gravid. A quick x-ray from the vet will confirm it.

Jennifer, have you seen any nesting behavior from Iggy lately, such as digging and general restlessness? How are her eating habits lately?

No digging other than when I put her inside her cage, then she stops once I let her out, but she is very restless. and so far today she has eaten to servings of food and thats been since 6:30 this morning. Iggy eats like a pig and Angus is barely eating.

How old is your girl? Is this her first time being gravid? I know my female right now is as big as a house and she kinda off her feed, Squiggy is only 1 1/2 yrs right now..I've never had a female before only males, so all this egg thing is new to me.....

It's not necessarily an age thing that determines females becoming gravid - it's based more on svl. If she is at least 10" svl then she is of the right age for becoming gravid...:-)
