I'm new, and looking for an answer. I have a new 2.5 yo male ig, Juan. He has some weird white waxy spots, bilaterally on his body. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this. I live in a remote area of Montana and the closest ig vet is 260 miles away. A drive I'm willing to make if I have to. I've seen two vets here. One told me to watch the humidity, the other put him on two weeks of oral antibiotics. The spots haven't gone away. Someone suggested thermal burns, but he doesn't have a hot rock and he can't touch his lamps. The humidity is in the low tropical range usually, sometimes higher. You can see a picture of one of the spots on photobucket.com under Carol and Company. HELP!
