I'm not sure what the discoloration on his side was he had it when I got him from the pet shop but it seems to have gone away now he is more green but when I got him there was about 15 other baby Iguana in one small tank now he has a 55 gallon tank all to himself .

Wonderful the funk is gone! That happens in overcrowded tanks like that. And having a nice big tank like that will last until he's about a year old. Then he graduates..:-D

Aslan is quite the looker... Looks nice and filled out, no sign of dehydration either. Very cute iggy you have there. Has he ever been to a vet to have a look see? Sometimes in overcrowded conditions there might be underlying issues. It's always best to head them off before they get into a state where they become serious. edit... I really wanted to say this and forgot...the first pic makes me think of the saying "you'll be swimmin' with the fishes, see!"

Thanks ... No he hasn't been to the vet yet still looking for a vet that will see him I live in a small town and none of the vets here will see an Iguana so I think I will have to look into a vet out of town .
