Hello, adopted this ig from someone who was moving and didn't spend much time with, his first night was a bit rough, trashed his cage 2x I put him in tub to calm him down, so far today he was better. Im doing alot of online research as I didn't have time to prepare before I agreed to accept him. Right now hes in a 75 gallon tank, i made a home made stand yesturday, we purchased fruits, lots of greens and hes eating well. Wish me luck everyone!

Congradulations!
I am sure that you are soon going to find out that 75 gallons wont last him long(in fact Im sure its already kind of cramped).
Also what are you feeding him? I know you said greens but I was just wondering because some of what is in his dish looks like it might be pre made salad? That's not very good for ig's. I am glad that you are doing research and I hope that you plan on taking him to the vet to get him checked over and a fecal test ran.
If you want to run down your full set up I wouldn't mind giving you some helpful hints and I am sure that everyone else on the site would love to help too!
Also beware some sites on the internet will offer caresheets that really give none of the right information at all. So if you have any questions over what you have read just post em up here and someone will come along to help! Welcome to Iguana Zone!

Hi, Welcome. Nice looking ig. I noticed you have bark substrate. I would remove the bark substrate, the ig could ingest some and get impacted. Newspaper might not look the best, but it is easy to use and healthier.

hi and welcome to iguana zone yeah newspaper is far safer than bark or you might want to try tiles or reptile carpet however i prefer tiles much easyer to clean.

Hi and welcome. Please check out our diet section so you can provide your Ig with a well balanced diet. I would start making plans for a permanant adult size cage now. Do you have UVB lighting? What brand? What are your temps and humidity? Are you giving any type of suppliments? Yes get rid of the bark, loose substrates are an impaction hazard with Iguanas. Congrats on becoming an Ig slave! Any questions you have feel free to ask we are all here to help. Welcome!
