If anyone has suggestions please let me know. He (spaz) begs worse than a dog. Also I recently had to take my mothers dog to care for and he is a weenie dog and I haven't really introduced them face to face, but my ig is not in a cage he roams free. How do I handle that situation as well.

Be careful what you feed him as they will eat junk food just like a human and not the stuff that is good for them... So unless you are eating greens and veggies all the time what he is wanting is not good.. :0)
As for the dog thing, I would suggest handeling it very carefuly as the dog is going to be the one to pay for if she can't get away if aggresion is on the mind of the ig..
How old is your guy anyway??.

introduce your Iggie to your dog. make sure you have control of the situation. just in case things get out of hand. at first my Iggie didn't like my dog when i first did it. but every now and then i will see my Iggie laying on my dog at nights. as for the begging thing. when your Iggie starts to beg for some of your food. just have some side treats for him and give it to him like grape, or apple. when my iguana (mischief) starts begging i give her one or two rose petals
