Hello! my iguana is 6 years old. Since he's been about 3 he's been pooing in a bin full of water at the bottom of his enclosure. Lately he's been pooing outside of the bin. Does anyone know why this change could have happened? I had to start putting newspapers and wee wee pads down around the bin actually so it doesn't ruin the wood bottom...It's like random some days he'll use the bin and other days he won't. When for about 3 years he would always go to his bin. Any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe just reaching sexual maturity? They often poop paint everything as they approach breeding season.
