It was about two weeks ago right?
It is very possible that your iguana is used to her new surroundings now and has got her confidence back. She is probably feeling healthier and more active especially with the natural sunlight.
You will most likely have to build your bond with her before things go back to being calm.
Do you have any pictures of the enclosure and the Ig. What did you start feeding for the diet?

brandon right. you have to gain its trust now. all iguana become territorial at a certain age. since your iguana was not raised with ya, it going to take some time for you to gain its trust for it to accept you.

I too don't believe you have done anything wrong!! But do not stop doing what it is that you have been doing for the handling part.. I have had my 2 year old since she was one month old and even now if she is in heavy shed, she will try to roll on me also when I remove her from her cage for her daily bath.. She alway's settles down coming out of the bath.. I think it is because she knows she is not getting her way!!! And you know what.. every year during breeding season.. Someone switches my girls out too!! I just know it.. :0) :0)

A lot of Iguanas seem pretty calm when you first get them, it's because they are unsure of you and/or because they are unhealthy. Keep handling and offering treats. Post pics of your Igs vent area and hind legs, we can all take a guess at the sex. You do however need to add more variety to the diet. Here is a food chart to help you. www.greenigsociety.org/foodchart.htm

The white slimy stuff is most likely urates, the reptile equivalent of urine. And any time the ig is shaking its head from side to side rapidly, watch your fingers! This is a sign that you are really annoying it!

Thanks everyone who responded! Ill keep handeling her and hope for the best! I'm having a hard time finding many different kinds of greens, but I'm still looking! So far no bites, but I look like I've tried to slit my wrists! Comes with owning a wild animal I understand!

So far no bites, but I look like I've tried to slit my wrists! Comes with owning a wild animal I understand! Please don't take this the wrong way but you looking like that is your choice.. I have a 9 year old and a 2 year old and I do wear handeling clothes.. It consists of a long sleeve shirt and a pair of black leather gloves [which my young one tastes each and everytime I approach].. Being in these clothes makes me no less of handler and my iguanas can smell themselves on this clothing.. It is comfortable for them and they do not get anxiouse about the handeling. Also saves my hands and arms.. I prefere not to look like I am slicing my own arms up.. I have heard about the vanity thing and have also heard that it doesn't take long to realize it is just not worth the hurt that you as a person endure.. They do not realize that they are slicing you up.. They are just trying to hang on to what ever it is that they can. Put a long sleeve shirt on and it gives them something real to hang onto and they like it.. they don't have to dig in so far to hang on!!

Just to add to what dee said, I know people who have cut the feet off of an old pair of socks and they use that as a guard. You also might want to try to get those toe nails clipped. It makes all the difference in the world
