The ear is fine but the spikes look like they are drying back at the tip. This is the result of the humidity in the cage being too low.

I just bought him 3 days ago.I think if there is any problem with him, that's because of the seller's maintenance! do you think putting a heater lamp above the water dish could make the enlosure's humidity up? or maybe spraying water 5-6 times per day could make this problem solved?

Spraying them is a good idea. Where they come from it tends to rain a lot!

I've seen a lot of iguanas in pet stores with no water dish and driend up lettuce in the cage along with crickets running around.....I have never seen any sort of pet or reptile store able to care for the iguanas correctly, and a lot of the 'brocures' on caring for them are extremly wrong.....If putting a light above the water dish doesn't give you all the humidity you need, you can always buy a humidifier. I have one, and use it a lot for my guys. It also helps them when they are shedding. I have this Iguana book that i LOVE, i have read it many times, and always pull it out if I have a question on anything. The author has travelled the world to learn all about them, has talked to scientists, vets, and other iguana owners. This is definatly the book to have. You can get it here: www.amazon.com/Green-Iguana-Ultimate-Owners-Manual/dp/1883463483It will show you everything to need to know. I highly recommend it.
