Here is a pic of her diving in for dinner. She is in her terrarium that I had built for her due to her out growing her 90 gallon aquarium. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHcmx6cqlnMAttachments:

Hi Joe! Welcome to IZ! Brutie looks like a really happy, healthy ig. She laid 25 eggs this year? Must be her first clutch. Get ready...next year she'll lay almost twice that number. ;D One of my girl ig's did 22 eggs her first year, and 47 the next.

hi IguanaKing, thank you for the welcome and yes this is her first clutch of eggs. She laid a lot of them last week then all of a sudden she laid more a few days later so I'm hoping she is all done and she can get back to her regular self again. lol
She did have me worried a little there because she was not eating at all and she did loose some weight and she was digging everywhere looking to roost. Her poor little fingers were bleeding in the process and being this was my first female Iguana I had no idea what was happening and to top it off I thought she was a he so now we know and all is good again.
She is fine now and eating like a vacuum as she had before.

FANTASTIC, Joe! I'll bet she looked like a little, green skeleton and scared the Bejezus outta ya! Yup...they go off their food for a while...which scares you even more. Just remember in coming years of her laying eggs...if she gapes at you and "pretends" that she's gonna bite...DO NOT call her bluff! Trust me, dude, it ain't a bluff. Just let her be...and wait until she's done layin her eggs. That enclosure you designed for her is AWESOME, BTW! You should start a thread here in our enclosure section and call it "Ig Heaven".

Hey IguanaKing sorry for the late reply, I'm crazy busy with school and work. I'll diffidently know not to call her bluff lol. She did look thin and sick after but she has gained all of her size back and even more as she eats more salads as the days go on. Here is a video I did of her the other day and she is actually thicker then shown in her video because I cropped it a bit for HD. www.youtube.com/watch?v=03d3oNIsjbU
