Buying 5 Year old Ig NEED HELP!!!

Im set to buy this iguana pictured..shes 5 years old and about 4 feet long..i dont have much experience with iguana's but i currently have snakes. Does she look healthy to you for a five year old female?

Its hard to tell because I can't see her face very well and its not a full body picture but she does have a healthy wieght : ) if you can get another picture with a view of her face and the rest of her body that would be helpful. Just keep poking around the site and you will learn a lot pretty quick.
