Hello all I'm thinking about building a water fall with a good size pool at the bottom. I was wanting some feed back, Ideas etc form fellow Iggy nuts. Is there any items sealant's materials i should stay away from. Just wanna keep my Iggy's safe healthy and happy thanks guys..

wow, I' surprised no one responded to this. I don't know much about sealant materials so I can't help you out much there (perhaps ask the people from the store where you are going to buy it) but I can let you know your iguana is going to see this as the most awesome toilet ever

Stay away from any silicone sealant that is NOT AQUARIUM SAFE. I've been using Loctite transparent silicone. Loctite makes a bunch of sealants but always read the back and it'll tell you if its aquarium safe or not. Problem with sealants that are not A/S is that they give of ammonia into the water. Also, don't use plexiglass to make the pool! overtime it'll bend outward putting strain on the sealant and you'll wake up to a giant puddle in the tank. I've got pics of the pool I built i can PM you later.
