Another bobbing question ... sorry

We are getting used to the shudder bobs, and our normal hello bobs.

We took the shudder bob as an "approach with caution" signal, but Kyo has been no grumpier than usual when we interact with him at that point (and he's ALWAYS grumpy right now).

What we have noticed, tho, is that when there are NO bobs, we are going to have a problem!

Is this normal? Or do I have an iguana with some type of bobbing confusion issue?

It's not abnormal Cindy.
I have one that I've never seen bob, another who only bobs at other igs (and her light sometimes ). The latter never bobs at me, she just holds really still and gives me the stink eye....in which case I know to beware! ;D
