Cleo is being such a brat!!!! she will not leave Iggy and Hannibal alone. she keeps seeking out Iggy which his cage is in our bedroom. she goes in climbs all over the outside of his cage and bobs at him till his color turns charcoal black. I fear I may have to rehome one of them along with Hannibal which his stay was temporary to begin with. I dont want Iggy to be stressed. And I dont want to have to always keep them locked up.

Can't you just close the bedroom door?
This is a problem a lot of multiple iguana households encounter. It's tough. Sometimes you can make it work, sometimes you can't. Sometimes rehoming is the only way. Been there done that...

Yup, just keep on them about it. Eventually, and hopefully, it'll become automatic for everybody to keep the door closed.

Ruh-roh Have a look in the injury & illness section, there are quite a few threads about treating burns. I haven't had any experience with burns yet (knock on wood), so hopefully, if you don't find anything in your search, someone else will be along to help with that.

Depending on the severity of the burn it will heal fairly well. How badly was she burnt. Silver Silvadene (human burn creme) is EXCELLENT on reptile skin, too.

jfogle78, Keeping doors closed can sometimes be a real problem, even if you put a sign on them. A great option is an automatic door closer. There are many types to choose from on the hardware store shelves. This way you will not have to listen to the excuses of why they forgot to close it. I hope the burn is not too severe.

So far every one has been good about the door. No one wants to lose an Ig or for anymore injuries. Thanks for the idea! the burn is fine she should recover quickly.
