Can Yoda eat the tops of straberry's? Like the part we cut off?

It isnt anymore than 10% of his diet when he eats fruit though latley is about daily he gets about 10% of his diet either mango, blueberries, or i just got free strawberrys. Just wasn wondering if the tops (greens) are ok?

I usually just cut it off because i cut it off when i eat them so Im not to sure i realy dont see where these would be problematic.

Anyone else? Id like to throw the tops (instead of throwing them out) in with his food tommorow if the greens are ok? I know some stuff can be toxic so im not sure.

I'm not sure if strawberry tops are toxic. Its probably best to leave them out.

I heard several years ago that strawberry tops were toxic to igs...though only slightly. I can't even remember my source, but I have never fed strawberry tops since...I did before hearing that. It was a source/individual that changed my mind...so I go with it...;-)

Hmmmm I have never heard anything about them being a problem. I have fed the tops from time to time without incident.

I never had a problem before that either, Merlin. I'm going to have to say it was while I still knew so little about igs. It's just one of those things that hung with me.
