Master Yoda may be one of those igs that just needs a multivitamin added to his diet if he doesn't eat his other veggies. Here's a link for more info and dosage charts to help boost the nutrient intake for Master Yoda's lack of enthusiasm for more of the good stuff... www.anapsid.org/vitamin.html

That's interesting....Godzilla doesn't like his other vegs either. He'll eat a little bit of them, but picks out all the greens he can. He'll take a lil bit of fruit as well but not very much. I'll have to check out that site as well.

Hey Ive been gone a while but i have been doing some experimenting. I have decided to give him his greens and just one of the veggies at a time to see if i can narrow down the ones he likes and don't like. so far I know he loves green beans so they will stay in the mix next week I'm gonna add the acorn squash. And go from there. I already supplement with multivites three times a week so that part is taken care of.
Oh and BTW I measured him this evening and he has grown almost 2.5 inches SVL since i have had him for 2 months amazing what the proper diet will do

It is amazing how well they grow with the right care. Good job...:-)
Green beans are one of the staples I use. It's always in the salad. It's a good addition and igs seem to love them. Good luck in your quest for the best...:-)

What a shame it might be the parsnips. They're such a good food! I wonder if you nuked it for just about 10 seconds if the texture is what's bothering him. That short amount of time won't destroy enough of the good stuff in it and the change in texture has helped other igs with different foods...such as sweet potatoes and some of the harder squashes. It's worth a try...:-)
