is it yes or no on d3 calcuim intake.Should I be using only a calcium powder with the mutivitamin.I seem to be getting mixed answers in my readings.Or I completely don'y understand.I'm using bone aid calcium powder now with a mutiviatmin.

No oral D3. This is a natural occurring vitamin that happens from the UVB through the skin converting the pre-vitamin D3 into the usable vitamin D3.
