Right now, Kyo is using a single regular bulb for basking heat, and it keeps his spot a toasty 93 degrees.
Question: Now that he's getting bigger, and his whole body doesn't fit in the maximum warmth area, should I set up a second light to extend the area? Or does he figure it out for himself and move his body? He's very active, and pooping on schedule, so I am assuming that he is warm enough now.
Thanks,
Cyndi

One bulb is fine. They thermoregulate with the single bulbs even when their full-grown. Just keep an eye on the temps now that the weather is getting colder and adjust your bulbs to a higher wattage when needed.
