ok guy i'm just think right now i have it drawled out. it will be a big screan tv ;D but i will not work and i will pull the insides out and. out ply wood on th back. and in the front use plexy ( i may not have spelled it right sorry) and rip out the spickers and every thing so it will be one big cage. and for the lights take away about enoulf for a basking light and uvb strip. and there you go a baby iguana cage i think i will look awsome. me and my gf are going to do whan we get our own place... i was just think a big screan tv is 5 ft tall by 4ft wide by 3 ft deep? if i wrong can you help me out . i would like to here what you say. thank you Neil

Candidly this is a bad idea.
It will be better to build yourself an ig cage and just make a fascia piece that looks like a TV. Using an actual TV will work very poorly if at all -- there is a lot of junk inside that you don't really want to mess with(not so much chemicals as there are usually fairly large capacitors that will give a nice shock if charged at all), the plastic can be rather brittle, the case is the wrong shape... Then there is the problem that it will be too small within three years. My mom's husband has a 50" HDTV that is only about the size of a 55 gallon fish tank.
There are very few things that lend themselves nicely to being retrofitted to become an ig cage and a TV is not one.
