Ok,!! So just what is it that the SHUTTER BOB, means?? Have an 11 month old and he is throwing it big time.. Even goes as far as putting his back feet, to scratch my hand away?

The shutter bob is a warning. It's territorial and one of those you need to be wary of. Welcome to the age of puberty...:-D

Ya know!! I think this Boy [may be wrong but I don't think so] is sooo ,, I don't know what to say.. One day he is so docile and crawls right up on my arm, out of his cage, to the neck and will let me come up above him to grab him to put him in his bath after he has sat there for a while and a couple of day's later he is so paranoid and nothing has changed, but yet he is so sticking ornary... I know that some are never tamed, but He will always be handled whether he wants to be or not... Don't worry I know what he can do to me!!

And he should be handled even when he doesn't want to be. This is the only way he'll understand his bad behavior will not get him what he wants most...to be left alone...;-) yOU'RE DOING FINE!
