Hi IZ, what's up? This is more of an introduction post, but since I had a question I figured I'd out it here. I was just thinking today I go to the Bahamas quite often and am sure my iguanas wouldn't mind taking a vacation so I figured I wonder what would have to be done for this. I can find something to transport them in, but can you carry on iguanas? The other thing I was thinking may hold me up would be customs/security on the way home, if they thought I acqyired my igs from my vaca spot. I've also already thought about it and it would be very simple to set up a temp. living spot in my timeshare. So anyway, meet my iguanas, Lilly and Godzilla. Lilly: Godzilla: My girlfriend and I "rescued" these guys from the Atlantic City boardwalk where they were living with tens of other iguanas in a very small tank. Anyway, after a few days of pampering they were doing much better and have been doing fine ever since. When we first got them and they stuck together: Lilly getting some sun: Iguanas on their boat while taking a bath: Today during a car ride I turned the defrosters on warm because it looked like the igs were cold and they loved it! At first we thought Lilly was getting mad and trying to scare Godzilla by opening her mouth but she just liked the air! Thanks guys I hope you enjoyed my intro and pics, see you all around! -Alex

You will need to call customs and find out what they're policy is for exotic animals. As for proof of them being yours...a vet certificate with their pictures included making sure to ID any outstanding marks would suffice, but quarantine may be a real problem for you IF you can get them in another country.
They're VERY cute babies!! However - make sure they do remain seperated. Even baby igs show signs of dominance towards each other.
Welcome to the forum!! Great intro!!
