hi all... I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still checking in daily, but haven't had time to post any responses. My grandmother had a stroke recently and I've been busy taking care of her. (from having to literally spoon feed her every meal, to hospitalization, to deciding which nursing home is the best to bring her for rehabilitation, to helping my mother with "attorney stuff") She will be released from the hospital to a nursing home today or tomorrow, but I will still be responsible for visiting 2-3 times a day to make sure they are taking good care of her and that she is progressing.....and of course just so she'll know she hasn't been abandoned. I have 3 kids and no partner to help me with them, so life is just a tad hectic right now. I'll return as soon as posible. Until then, a HUGE thankyou to every one of you who is keeping this board going.

Tesa, darlin' Sounds like you have your hands full! You just go ahead and take care of what YOU need to do. Don't you worry about the Zone. There are enough of us here to take up the slack. Love and hugs to you.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. I went thru a year of hospitals, nursing homes and watching my father detoriate into nothing plus going thru a very ugly divorce this last year so I know exactly how you are feeling and it's overwhelming. You have a great support system in this group so don't worry. If you need ANYTHING I would be more than happy to help you in whatever way I can. ***HUGS***

We're praying for Gram and hope you're not running yourself too hard.
See you soon.
