All you can do in this situation is to offer the Water pan that they can fit their whole body in and wait for them to deceide to use it. Mine was around 2 years old before she used hers for the first time. I gave/give a bath everyday before feeding and she ususaly goes in there. When she was young she went everywhere her little heart desired and that was just the way it was. So I feel by me giving her a daily bath and getting her used to doing it in there that if I miss a day of handling then she will use her water to do the job in and she does now.. But I also think age has a lot to do with it .. Just keep trying and maybe one day they will get it..

The way i was able to potty train was having the same routine everyday. Feed them at the same time in the morning and then put them in the bathtub until he poops. Dont let him come out till he poops. If you do this everyday he will only poop in water and you can just have a 'container of water on the floor for him to poop in instead of the bathtub ew.

One question, where have you found a container big enough to fit your iguanas?

I got the container for my igg at walmart! its long and pretty shallow, perfect size for her to climb in and out easily!
