My son is helping socialize Hannibal. So he was sitting on the couch letting little guy walk on him. well I guess he got spooked ran up his chest jumped up and bit my son in the lip. OMG I couldnt help laughing! He drew a little blood because my son pulled him off. I do watch my son when it comes to Iggy, because of tthe size difference. And he is not allowed to handle Angus because he gets nasty will males.

Good thing it is so little. Must have been quite a surprise for your son. Try to instill the reaction is best to not pull when it comes to iguana bites. The damage is much less if allowed to let go on it's own...usually...;-)

I told him, next time just let him hang on. It was an automatic reaction, I do it too. Its hard to control a reflex like that.
