I had been having some issues with Iggy wanting to be left alone for several weeks, well over the past week that has changed for the better, Iggy is letting us hold him and rub his head. He has just been so pleasant to interact with, then tonight I was holding him rubbing his head and I looked down and he was doing frog eyes ;D it was so cute!!!!!!!!!!

Frog eyes...hehehe...the sign of a very happy iguana. ;D My igs do that too. I really love watching Hercules when I pet him. He has this preference for having the right side of his head rubbed, so when I pet him, he rolls his head to the left and pushes upward with every stroke.

Zair purrs more than he does "frog-eyes"...which isn't very often. It's so awesome when he does it though!

It was exciting for me, Iggy has never done frog eyes before. Angus pushes into my hand too when I rub his head. They both have made so much progress, Hannibal too. I didnt know Igs could purr. I ve heard them do a clicking noise.

Yes...They click, too! Those are both happy noises. An iguana purr sounds much like a very small motor boat. Kind of like a cat, but still a sound of it's own.
