I got another question, and this is prolly normal also but last night I came in the office and Iggi had fallen asleep while climbing his net...I mean he was hanging by a couple of toes and sound asleep. I've never seen him do that, just be straight up and down, tail pointed to the floor, on his rope net hanging and out like a light. Is this normal, or is he finally just losing his mind because it didn't look comfortable to me?

I'd say it's pretty normal. Odd...but normal. Sancho did the same thing sometimes when his light was about to go off and he wasn't quite ready for bed. He'd be doing his thing and the light would go off and make him all sleepy so he would just stay there. Often times I would just go in and move him to his platform, just cause I worry. They are natural climbers and I doubt they always find a comfy branch to lounge on in the wild. I wouldn't worry too much.

Yep its normal behaviour. Since they live in trees they are adapted to being able to sleep in some pretty odd(at least to us) positions.

My iguana sleeps most of the time hanging from his net in his terrarium. I also like to not keep him in the terrarium but rather be a part of my life. At night he often climbs the curtain and sleeps on the rod up there in my bedroom. He is super active and fun. I trained him to walk with me, eat at regular hours and we play a lot. He likes to climb on me and stay on my shoulder or head. But i digress... It's a perfectly normal behavior since they are arboreal and spend most of their time in heights.
