I was reading how igs obviously cant handle certain protein but some plant protein is ok. I know the more protein the bigger you get right...So i am thinking as i want my buddy to get to be a big strong male ( he's 2 1/2ft now ) i think adding some protien would be helpful. Where can i get Alfalfa that he will actually eat can the powder be good enough or what? I heard theres 3 forms pills/powder, Alfalfa tea bags, and Alfalfa pellets anyone use any of these?

I haven't used alfalfa at all. It's an excellent source of protein, though...but you still need to be careful. You don't want to power feed. They need to grow naturally through genetics...not by boosting protiens. Even too much protien from plants can cause kidney damage. That's the whole idea behind plant proetien. It contains protien, but it's on a much smaller scale than meat protein so easier for the kidneys to work out the toxins and process them through. I would stay with %100 natural alfalfs pellets (moistened) or powder sprinkled in. Not all igs like the flavor, but many do. You just need to find out which will work best for you. I don't know anything about the tea bags. Stick to what's proven...:-)
