I had the same question as if these were useful for an iguana. I bought one of those for my chameleon. I never (saw) him drink out of it, so i dont know if it was even worth the money. I was thinking about putting it in the ig cage--but wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it. Was scared that maybe it would frighten him, or stress him out from the noice of the water and pump. Im pretty sure the water would last longer than a day--no more than two due to the constant flow. Has anyone tried this, or know if it actually works, and is useful for ig's??

What was the crap? Waterfall or fogger, or both of them? Waterfall loks pretty nice to me.I m just curius about the water. Should i change it every day, week....? I was thinking about the fogger, becouse of low humidity (winter). I spray and spray nonstop to keep the humidity o.k. If fogger is a crap ill spray....

The fogger was crap. I would never recommend one of those things!
I have 2 of the waterfall things (they belong to me, not the lizards) I like them really well, but they are a pain to keep clean. The pump gets slimy stuff on it and I have to clean it every 3 days or so.

I have a waterfall that is for people (not from the petstore) that I put in Drako's enclosure. It looks like progressively smaller slabs of slate, and the water resivoir is covered. The water runs down over the slabs. I've seen Drako climb up on it and let the water run down his belly ;D I change the water at least every 2 days (sometimes more), and clean the pump about once a week - this seems to keep the slime down.

Lewis, the monitor that lives in there, just loves hiding and playing in the fog that it makes over his pool. I'll ask the director there where she got the fogger and what model it is.

When I settle into one place I would like to have a weeping wall as the back of an ig cage.
Do you guys have filters integrated into the waterfalls?
