In about a week we will be building Draco a new enclosure. It will measure 6 ft high, 5 ft wide and 3 ft deep. I was just wondering if this is a good size to last him through his life. I want to make sure i do it right the first time. I cant wait to get it done , i think he will really enjoy it.

That's the same size of enclosure that Kyo has. I don't know about lifetime - eventually Kyo will have his own room (if one of these kids ever leave! Just kidding!)
If you go by Igs for Dummies guidelines:
width = 1.5 to 2 times the stl of iggy
depth = .5 to 1.5 times the stl (minimum 1 foot for hatchlings, 3 feet for juveniles and adults)
height = 1 to 1.5 times the stl (minimum 5-6 feet for juveniles and adults)
If I go by this guideline, Kyo (at a little over 3 ft now) will soon be pushing the width allowance.

Add a foot to the length and make it 6'L... This will allow your ig to stretch nearly all the way out once full-grown. 5' will force the tail to hang over the edge of the shelf.

Puppy is 39", not quite 3.5 feet stl and her enclosure is 6h x 3.5d x 4w and to me she seems a little cramped. I want her to thrive so I will be building her a 6h x 4d x 8w enclosure similar to the one that Mark has built for Bob using pvc and clear vinyl and such or at least that's the plan once I get my tax refund! ;D I thought about letting her free roam her own room but Oklahoma winters are too cold and we've already fried one space heater trying to keep her comfortable in the room she's in. No the space heater is not IN her enclosure it's on the outside. ;D
