;D
Hey people ....just recieved a PM from Willems Mom
and (with permission) here is some of what she has to say on the new CBD enclosure.....
(QUOTE)
James, it is so big! And Willem seems so small (7 mos) when I think of him in there. I need to put in a lot of vines to help him climb up to his basking and sleeping ledges.
For us, it was more economical to buy the biggest cage he might need, but, I think it is much too big for him now.
I can't believe Ed did what he did in putting it all together. Slowly, quietly, no stress.
Willem's sanctuary is all in place and lying on it's side. It is SO BIG! We're unable to upright it w/o help. So later this week we hope to have some friends to lift and groan and get it standing up. After that we have shelves, ledges, logs, lamps and heating to get in place.
I appreciate very much that you are keeping in touch and you have my permission to share with all our friends what I have written.
(un-quote)
She has been down with the flu and not feeling well and sends greetings of a Happy New year to everyone...

I know....Just couldnt resist.. ;D
As for Yoda ...
He/she couldnt be better.. I recieved a Rotary tool for Christmas for the Nails but havent tried it yet....although they are due to be dulled.
Dom...which tool do yuo use? there are like 100 bits with this thing ...
I am sure everything is close to perfect in the LAIR temps /hummidity because he/she is growing like a weed and sheds pretty much every month to the day.
I will post some new pics soon ,,,,,

Hi James-
Use the sanding attachment. Ours kinda looks like an egg-shape sanding dtone.
And use the lowest speed setting on the tool.
Good luck.

Hi Debbie, I'm looking forward to talking with you more about our enclosures, too, but am still doing last minute things. I'm sure you remember what 'finishing' touches are like..and actually I don't think there will be any 'finishing. Our one significant disappointment is that the enclosure isn't REALLY stable. Something like a house of cards. Was that true for you, too? We used WD40 on the sliding parts and that helped ALOT! But we are very careful not to lean on it, or anything like that. But, again, the point is... Will loves it. Your pictures are great! I think your ig is older and bigger than mine. Wonderful pictures of him with you and your dh. I still can't get my pics posted, but will keep trying. Catch you later.

I want to thank each of you for your kind words about missing me and news of Willem. I'm able to expand my focus now that Will's new home doesn't need it all. I'm looking forward to reading your posts and seeing all the pictures. It is great to be back.
