i am not sure how old is my igg i have had it for seven months but i dont know how long it has been alive before that it looks healthy and total size is 22 inches

Well you won't like this answer but there is little, if any, way of telling the actual age. It's probably a safe assumption that he is from last season's yatch so that would put him at less than a year.

ditto what Mark and Patrick said, altho if the iguana had improper care it could have stunted growth and be quite a bit older. When I got my oldest female, she was 18 inches and 4 yrs old
