We have an Igg his name is OTA we have had him for about two months , he had only been feed romain lettuce. Now he gets green beans, cilantro, parlsey and all kinds of goodies. A bath once a week and runs around the kitchen once a week. Seems to have the proper lighting etc. The deal is this is the 4th time he has shed since we got him. Is this normal? We think he's between 2 & 3 years old because he is 3 feet long.

I don't think I've ever heard of shedding being a bad thing. Shedding means growing. So, unless you are feeding animal protein and the ig is growing unusually fast because of that, I'd say you are merely experiencing a growth spurt.

I've had Puppy now for just over a week and he too was only fed lettuce as was very very thin. He's plumping up already and is also doing a lot of shedding. I get so excited when I see a new spot getting ready to shed!! Isn't it great to see them get healthy??!!

Shedding is good! It's a sign of growth. Young igs grow so fast that it seems like they are ALWAYS shedding somewhere!
It sounds like you do need to do some tweaking on his diet. The majority of it should be leafy greens like collards, mustard and turnip.
