Very nice pictures! There's been quite a bit of growth between the two. Good for you! You'll need a larger enclosure very soon. You may as well start thinking about some good designs now...;-D

Jay...you need at least a 50 gal. just to get the temps regulated right...let alone the size needed for his own exercise. You might want to start looking on www.frecycle.org, yard sales, flera markets...you don't even need it to hold water. OR...better yet...get on it and build a bigger one. You can build it full-size and just block off one end so he's not overwhelmed. This way you only have to build a cage once...:-)

i'm sorry to sound mean but that is WAYYYY too small for that little guy. s/he needs at LEAST a 50 by now... you should design your own enclosure. its fun to do and its a good project to look into. pretty cheap, and it will increase your little guys size.

and it will increase your little guys size. It may not increase the ig's size since they keep growing regardless of the size of the cage/tank/enclosure it's in...but it will definitely be happier, healthier, and more stress-free. A cage that's too small adds to the stress of an ig causing stress-related illnesses.
