I'm thinking about getting a Leopard Spotted Gecko but before I get one I want to know more about how to take care of one. What kind of spcae do they need? What kind of food do they eat? The amount of light they need, the kind of light? Just ANYTHING I need to know that would help me to take care of a little guy Thank you!

You will need a 20 gallon tank long is better than tall. Under the tank heater. Substrate you can use newspaper, paper towels or reptile carpet. No special lighting is needed as they are nocturnal. You can use a regular or colored bulb for added heat if needed. They can eat gutloaded crickets, meal worms, silk worms, wax worms. I recomend putting a small dish of calcium (without phosphorus or D-3) in the tank.
