I was wondering is mentha/mint ok to feed? I have plenty of it in my garden (no herbicides or anything else nasty on them). I also have different types would that matter for edibility?

It appears accorrding to the chart in Beautifuldragons.com that Pepperment leaves are 3.3:1 [calcium:phosphorous ratio]. High vitamin C, hight vitamin A and High in fiber. So I would think they could be offered safely in moderation. Same with Spearmint 3.3:1 ratio..
