I have a 18 month old iguana that recently started developing swelling in his hemipenal gland, he is showing all the classic indications of being in mating season, but today I found a clear thick fluid hanging from his basking stick that could only be described as siemen? Is that what this is? What else can it be? I will post a picture of his hemipenal gland and hopefully someone can help me with this... Well that is possible. He is also going to leave a waxy substance from his pores, called plugs, here and there as he goes through his season. Here is a link to another post relating to your questions about males in season tesa.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=sexing&action=display&thread=3593He is probably going to get really moody so be prepared ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Some iguanas handle it better than others - I hope he does well ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) -Jenna
