yesterday while I was cleaning my room, Raz started bobbing his head while at the very top of his log.......it looked like he was doing it pretty fast, does this indicate anything about gender?

Not particularly. Males tend to do it more often....or more aggressively, but that's a tendency, not a steadfast rule.

Zok (female) bobs occassionally. Slow head bobbing is generally a recognition of your presence. A very rapid bob is more like "Hey you what are YOU doing in MY room!" If the bobbing is very rapid you probably should keep an eye on him/her for any other aggresive postures.
